Our client:
International company (was founded in 2006 in St. Petersburg) that develops backup, disaster recovery and virtualization management software for virtual environments.
Now it has global headquarters in Baar, Switzerland, and regional headquarters in France, USA and Australia.
As Product Owner new colleague will be responsible for such projects as: company websites, blogs, forums and other web entities; internal systems, supporting these websites.
Responsibilities:
- Act as product owner for one or more agile projects within the overall web program, by;
- Collaborating with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of the website/ system features;
- Maintaining effective and groomed backlog;
- Working with SCRUM team to define the definition of ready/done;
- Effectively communicating your vision to the scrum teams;
- Lead User Story prioritization;
- Support the Agile team in the process of Story sequencing, sprint loading and estimation activities;
- Working directly with stakeholders to document requirements as user stories with detailed acceptance criteria;
- Translating your product vision and understanding of the end-to-end customer experience into a prioritized product backlog and MVP;
- Identify and resolve issues;
- Support project teams’ performance;
- Work closely with BAs and PMs to ensure user stories are translated into functional specifications for system configuration that successfully meet the business needs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ yrs of Requirements management and web systems development;
- 3+ yrs of Agile Software Development experience;
- Higher education in IT (preferable), Science, Management;
- IT experience or background;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (English);
- English - Upper intermediate/Advanced level.
As a plus:
- Good knowledge of development lifecycle process;
- Experience as a Scrum Master;
- Demonstrate good marketing, stake holder management and program management skills;
- A flexible style, able to adapt to changing business priorities and respond to new requests.
