Lead QA

Responsibilities:

• building a local team of QA analysts (up to 5 people);
• line management/career management of local staff members;
• leading the technical testing of the applications and ensuring that the QA team adheres to best practices;
• completing technical tasks (test framework design and implementation, code review of automation engineers etc.) - up to 50% of time;
• supporting the integration of an automated testing strategy into the iterative agile framework.

Requirements:

• higher education (IT, mathematics);
• 5+ years in enterprise software testing and quality assurance;
• 3+ years in .Net test automation and in building solutions in a rapidly growing and fast-moving business environment;
• 2+ years as lead of QA automation team;
• working experience in multicultural and distributed teams;
• excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork and facilitation;
• ability to engage and work with stakeholders globally;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both oral and written).
