Our customer, the global leader in Cloud Data Management invites for a vacancy Web Design Team Lead.

 

Responsibilities:

• The Web Design team receives tasks from Jira, plans workloads in sprints and works predominantly in Figma and Adobe CC. Collaboration with peer teams and suppliers is based on the same platforms. Your team are 8 highly professional and motivated web and UX designers. Most of them are located in Russia, plus 3 hot shots in Singapore, North America and Romania. You will also collaborate with Sr. Program Manager who will be helping you to organize traffic, other creative team leads and Art Directors responsible for cross-team projects.
• Your team is a part of the Creative team, an international band, short-listed or awarded at Cannes, Epica, ACDE, Webby and other festivals. Our 30 talents are based in Asia, Europe and North America. Disciplines include web design and UX, product UI, illustration, graphic design, branding, information design and 3D. We work solely for own Software delivering about 10000 tasks per year, both in-house and with the help of excellent suppliers. Team is lead by Chief Creative Director and Creative Director whom you will report to. They are both OK guys!)

 

Requirements:

• To be successful in your application, you must have a strong portfolio and proven experience of creative leadership in an internal web team or a web agency.
• To offer ideas and areas to improve rather than wait for the task to come.
• As a significant part of your time will be dealing with humans, we expect fluent English and good communication and presentation skills.
• A sense of humour is also highly appreciated as we often face some interesting business challenges.
